Fee: $200 for full 6-week program
Becoming Mama seeks to connect expecting mamas in a supportive, educational, and nurturing environment. The 6-week program will focus on the sacred transition into motherhood — identity shift, maternal mental health, perinatal care, and more! Each weekly meeting will be co-hosted by a local expert (Licensed Professional Counselor, Infant and Toddler Sleep Expert, Pediatrician, Lactation consultant/Toddler Nutritionist, and Pelvic Physical Therapist) who will educate the group on specific topics of interest to all mamas! No matter where you are in your pregnancy, we hope you can join us… and, if you give birth during session timeframe, return to the community with your infant!
